Adult and High School Youth Groups
These groups offer spiritual and social events and opportunities for growth
and friendship. Check the weekly Parish Bulletin for upcoming events.
Altar and Rosary Sodality
All women of the parish may join. The women gather together for spiritual and
social enrichment once a month. The sodality promotes devotion to the Blessed
Mother. They also participate as a group in communion the first Sunday of
each month. Contact the Parish Office for contact information.
Angels of the Altar
The Angels of the Altar are dedicated parishioners who keep the Lord’s house
clean by washing the pews, statues, and sacristies. All helpers are welcome.

These preparation classes teach parents to reflect on how they are called to
fulfill their responsibility as Christian parents; first teachers of the faith.
Baptism is celebrated on the first and third Sundays after the 11:00a.m. Mass
or during one of the Sunday Masses. Baptismal preparation is required prior
to baptism, and parents must be registered and practicing parishioners. Adults
and/or older children seeking baptism do so according to the Rites of Christian
Initiation. Contact the Parish Office for class times. The Godparent(s) must be
active member(s) of a parish, recommended by their pastor, received the
sacraments of initiation, and if applies, in a valid marriage.
This ministry is in charge of sending cards to the family of a parishioner who
has passed away. They also celebrate Masses during the Liturgical year for
the deceased. Anyone interested in helping please call the Parish Office.
This is a woman-to-woman supportive ministry where members spiritually
companion one another. The issues include childbearing, adoption, infertility,
loss of a child, parenting and grand parenting. Please refer to the weekly
bulletin for meeting dates and times.
Ephesus Home (Seniors)
The Ephesus Home provides a sense of belonging, care, support, education,
and activities for adults 55 and older. Visitors are welcome to socialize with
their peers, participate in the many scheduled activities (Tai Chi, games,
medical screenings, etc.) and attend programs with various guest speakers on
topics benefiting their age group. Weekly events are posted in the parish
bulletin. This is a handicap accessible facility.
Holy Name Society (inactive at this time)
Men would gather spiritually and socially once a month. For many years
they sponsored monthly raffles to help support the church. If you are
interested in starting up this society again please contact the parish office.
Knights of Columbus
This is an organization of men who are committed to making their community
a better place, while supporting their Church. Being a Knight is more than
camaraderie; it is being involved in your community; it is supporting your
local Catholic Church, while enhancing your own faith; it is about protecting
and enhancing your family life. For further information please contact the
Knights of Columbus for days and times of meetings.
This is an energized and fulfilling weekend for engaged couples which
includes a series of talks and round table discussion. Couples deal with
different aspects of married life. Marriage prep weekends are held three
times a year. Contact the Parish Office for more information.
Prayer Shawl and Blanket Ministry
This ministry creates shawls, blankets, and lap blankets through sewing,
knitting and crocheting to comfort those going through difficult times.
Theology on Tap
This program is offered for young adults 21 & over. Presentations by guest
speakers on topics of scripture, theology, and church issues. This summer
program is offered in the cafeteria of the church in a relaxed atmosphere
with complimentary food and drinks. Watch the bulletin for the sessions and

We Are The Church (WATCH)
WATCH is a weekend experience for men and women to grow in their faith
and to deepen their life in the church and their faith.
